Right-sided CS/RV Access

The SafeSheath Ultra Worley Right-sided Access Introducer is a hemostatic, peel-away introducer specially designed to make right-sided LV or RV access as easy as coming from the left, providing a stable work platform for better control during lead placement, and reducing the risk of lead dislodgement during CS catheter removal.

Dialysis Introducers

SafeSheath D-Pro line of hemostatic, peel-away dialysis introducers for venous access. Standard and side-port models available in 14, 15 and 16 F sizes.

BiV CS Introducers

Our SafeSheath CSG (Cornoary Sinus Guide) line of hemostatic lead delivery introducers for CS access. We offer two varieties of SafeSheath CSG in order to meet the specific needs of your particular situation:

Braded Core Series Peel-away introducer with braided core construction for improved torque control and radio-opaque tipped sheath and core for better fluoroscopic visualization.

Extruded Core Series Peel-away introducer with shapeable, extruded core construction for improved torque control and radio-opaque tipped sheath and core for better fluoroscopic visualization.

CS Lateral Vein Introducers

Braided, high-torque, 7 and 5.5 French I.D. sliceable introducer system with a radio opaque tip designed for sub-selective access during LV lead placement.

Using a 9F CSG Worley as a staging platform, the 7F SafeSheath Worley LVI Telescopic Guide and new Target Vein Selector are the most efficient means of delivering a pacing lead to a lateral wall vein.

The specially designed shape of the new23cm SafeSheath Ultra Worley Right-sided Access Introducer makes right-sided LV or RV access as easy as coming from the left, virtually eliminating the kinking that sometimes occurs when approaching from the right side with a straight introducer. And the unique distal curve provides a convenient pivot point when used with a right-sided CS access catheter, creating a stable work platform for better control during lead placement, and reduced risk of lead dislodgement during CS catheter removal.

SafeSheath Ultra Micro Introducer

The new SafeSheath Ultra Micro is specially designed to improve safety during lead delivery. Utilizing a 21G needle and 0.018" guidewire, the SafeSheath Ultra Micro introducer is designed for micro venous access. Its smaller dilator tip enables a smooth transition to the micro guidewire, while the longer low profile sheath tip facilitates lower insertion forces. The Micro's 7 French, 13cm long sheath provides access into the subclavian vein in the standard manner.

SafeSheath is the industry standard, combining a tear-away introducer and hemostatic valve to reduce back bleeding and the possibility of air embolism. Building on the success of the original, the new SafeSheath Ultra adds an ergonomically designed, easy splitting break-away hub, low profile luer activated side port, and silicon oil-free construction that won't interfere with the sensing and pacing characteristics of current pacemaker leads. Available in 13 and 23cm lengths.

The new SafeSheath® Ultra Lite is specially designed for the introduction of ports and central venous catheters. Introduced venously in the standard manner, the specially designed membrane of the 13cm Ultra Lite allows for the easy device insertion, while sealing the valve during introduction and positioning.

SafeSheath Worley Telescopic LV Introducer System with Target Vein Selector

Reduce sub-selective LV lead placement time 30 to 50%

High pacing thresholds, phrenic pacing, lead instability and angulated venous branches can make for difficult and prolonged procedure times, resulting in less desirable lead position and implant failures. We've improved the SafeSheath® Worley Telescopic Braided LV introducer system to help solve this problem.

When combined with the LVI, the new 5 French O.D. Target Vein Selector enables better, more reliable access to the chosen target vessel, no matter the situation. The 7 French I.D. SafeSheath LVI provides needed support and stability during implant procedures, for delivery of larger, more stable leads. We've also added the new 5.5 French I.D. LVI to enable access to smaller target veins.
